Carve @ Home is a really fun creative option from Carve Workshops if you cant make it along to one of our in person events in Dublin or Galway. You can design and sculpt your own unique ring out of jewellers wax with expert guidance along the way right from the comfort of your own home
How it all works?
1) You'll receive a ring making kit along with a ring sizer. You'll need to size your finger and get in touch so I can then send you out your pre sized wax ring blanks, example sheets and your video tutorial links (just 12 mins of video)
2) Once you've received your ring blanks get in touch to arrange a time to carve. Generally we'll have a quick chat about your design incase I have any tips and tricks specific to your idea, and then I make myself available to you for the duration of your carving session, usually checking back in before you finish up
3) Once you are happy with your little creation just pop the lot into the stamped addressed envelope provided and I'll get to working my magic to transform it into sterling silver and return it within 3-4 weeks, ready to wear, show off and inspire the compliments!
The wax is so versatile and its such a lovely fun way to get creative. I can't wait to see what emerges from the wax, every time something new. Looking forward to meeting you too!
